Important: By using Percentrade's services, you acknowledge that our analytics tools provide statistical insights only. No system can guarantee winning outcomes in gaming or trading activities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Percentrade's analytics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Percentrade's services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use or register for our services.

2. Description of Service

Percentrade provides statistical analysis and data analytics tools for gaming and digital products. Our services include:

  • Roulette outcomes and pattern analysis
  • Data visualisation and reporting features
  • RouMate — the Percentrade iOS and Android mobile application, providing the same analytics features in a native mobile experience

These Terms apply equally to the percentrade.com website and the RouMate mobile app unless a section explicitly states otherwise.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services responsibly and legally
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Not use our services for any illegal activities

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

Important Disclaimers:

  • No Guarantees: Our analytics do not guarantee winning outcomes
  • Statistical Nature: All insights are based on historical data and patterns
  • Risk Awareness: Gaming and trading involve inherent risks
  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your decisions

Positioning: Percentrade is an analytics and tracking tool provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide gambling services, and no output from our tools should be interpreted as a guaranteed outcome or profit.

5. System Accuracy and Assumption of Risk

By accessing or using any Percentrade webpage, dashboard, or API, you accept that our statistical outputs can include errors, delays, omissions, or incomplete data. Models may change, inputs may be corrupted, and external data sources can fail. You agree to evaluate our insights alongside your own judgment and independent verification before acting on any recommendation.

  • Analytics, forecasts, and probability estimates are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • You remain solely responsible for confirming the accuracy and suitability of any result prior to using it in gaming or trading decisions.
  • Percentrade is not liable for losses or damages arising from calculation errors, system malfunctions, or outdated information.
  • If you discover an issue, you agree to notify us promptly so we can investigate and remediate it.

6. Plans and Advertising

  • Free Plan: May include limited usage and display advertisements served by Google AdMob.
  • Paid Plan: Provides enhanced features and an ad-free experience.
  • We may modify plan features with reasonable notice.

Free plan users acknowledge the following regarding advertising:

  • Google AdMob may display ads within the app and collect data in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
  • iOS users: On first launch, the app presents an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you grant permission, AdMob may use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to personalise ads. If you deny permission, AdMob will serve non-personalised (contextual) ads only. You can change this at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android users: AdMob may use your Google Advertising ID (GAID) for ad personalisation. You can opt out or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
  • Whether or not personalised ads are shown, the free plan will continue to display ads. Non-personalised ads use contextual signals (e.g., app category) but not cross-app behavioural data.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

  • Clear Pre-Purchase Disclosure: Pricing, billing interval, and auto-renewal terms are presented before checkout.
  • Payment Processing: All subscription purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) through their standard in-app purchase and subscription billing systems. Percentrade never receives or stores your payment card details.
  • Platform-Specific Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, that subscription grants access only to the iOS version of the App. If you purchase through Google Play, that subscription grants access only to the Android version of the App. Subscriptions purchased on one platform do not automatically grant access on another platform. To use premium features on multiple platforms, you must maintain an active subscription on each respective platform. Subscriptions are managed, billed, canceled, and refunded exclusively by the store where the purchase was made.
  • Account-Specific Subscriptions: App subscriptions are tied to one Percentrade app account at a time. The "Restore Purchases" feature reconnects an existing, active subscription to the app on your current device—it does not create a second subscription or automatically move it to a different app account. If you create a brand-new app account and try to restore, the restore will fail because the subscription is still linked to your original app account. To use your subscription with a new app account, you must delete or deactivate the old app account first, then restore the subscription on the new account.
  • Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly/annual or as shown at checkout) unless you cancel before the renewal date/time.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings (or via the platform where you purchased). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains active through the period.
  • No Refunds: Fees are non-refundable and non-creditable once charged, including partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Price Changes: We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before changes take effect.
  • Taxes and Fees: Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be charged as required by law.
  • Payment Failures: We may suspend or downgrade service if a charge fails; we may retry charges. Please keep your payment method up to date.
  • Third-Party Stores: If you purchased through an app store or marketplace, billing, cancellation, and refunds may be governed by that platform’s policies.

8. Device Limitations

Access may be tied to a device identifier. Sharing accounts, bypassing device restrictions, or misuse may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and intellectual property related to Percentrade's services remain our exclusive property. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary algorithms
  • Reverse engineer our analytical methods
  • Use our brand name or logos without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our analytics data

10. Privacy and Data

11. User Consent and Communications

Consent for Communications

By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Percentrade through the contact methods you provide, including:

  • Email communications (service updates, account notifications, support responses)
  • Phone communications (if you provide a phone number for account recovery or support)
  • Social media interactions (if you connect or contact us via social platforms)

Types of Communications

We may contact you for:

  • Transactional Messages: Account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications, and service-related updates (you cannot opt-out of these essential communications)
  • Marketing Communications: Product updates, new features, promotional offers, and newsletters (you may opt-out at any time)
  • Support Communications: Responses to your inquiries and customer service interactions

Opt-In Requirements

  • Marketing communications require explicit opt-in consent during registration or account settings

  • Third-party sharing of contact information requires separate consent

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe Rights

  • Consent to contact you via social media is implied by initiating contact with us
  • You can withdraw consent by blocking, unfollowing, or discontinuing communication

12. Account Terms

Account Creation:

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person is permitted
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

13. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
  • Update or modify features without notice
  • Discontinue certain features or services
  • Limit access during high-traffic periods

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Engage in any illegal gambling activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

15. Limitation of Liability

Percentrade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our services
  • Any decisions made based on our analytics
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Any financial losses in gaming or trading activities

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

18. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

20. Mobile App–Specific Terms

These Terms of Use apply to both the web version of Percentrade and the RouMate iOS/Android mobile application. Mobile app users should also note the following app-specific provisions:

  • App Store / Play Store Terms: The terms and policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may also apply to your use of our mobile apps. In case of conflict, our Terms of Use take precedence for the Percentrade service itself.
  • In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: Subscription management and billing are handled through the respective app store. You can manage your subscription or cancel at any time through your app store account settings.
  • Account Deletion: Mobile app users may delete their account directly within the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Web users must email support@percentrade.com.
  • Automatic Updates: Mobile apps may automatically update to new versions. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms of Use.
  • Offline Access: Some features may be available offline, but data synchronization requires an internet connection and a valid Percentrade account.

20a. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the app displays an Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing your Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Your choice determines whether personalised or non-personalised ads are shown on the free plan. By using the app you acknowledge this prompt and agree that either outcome (personalised or non-personalised ads) is consistent with these Terms.

20b. Analytics Data (Firebase)

The RouMate app uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymised usage events. This data helps us understand how features are used and improve the app experience. Analytics data is associated with a pseudonymous Firebase Installation ID — not your name or email. You may reset this ID by reinstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

20c. Backend Data Storage (Supabase)

Account information, app usage data, and subscription status are stored in Supabase, our hosted backend database. By creating an account you consent to this storage. Supabase processes data on servers that may be located in the United States or other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required to ensure lawful cross-border data transfer.
